- Package and Delivery Cost: NZ$ 3.50 nationwide in New Zealand and international orders are charged at current international rates.
- Quick delivery: We will dispatch your order promptly, usually within 12-24 hours of your order being placed.
Delivery Method and Labelling: Your order will be delivered to you via Normal Post or if it is an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.
- No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
- Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 2-3 days within New Zealand if your item is available in stock. International orders take approximately 7-21 days. We will email you with an estimated dispatch time if the product you purchased is out of stock.

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. A Parnell Pharmacy Credit Note will be issued for you to use at your discretion to purchase replacement product from our range.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Parnell Pharmacy will only accept overseas orders from Australia, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
